A growing food manufacturing and trading company is hiring a hands-on Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle.
Responsibilities
- Full accounting cycle: journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare and file all tax declarations: sales tax, income tax, and Social Security contributions
- Cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production costing
- Monthly financial statements and management reports
- Payroll and end-of-service calculations
- Liaise with external auditors, ISTD, and banks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong practical knowledge of Jordanian tax law and e-filing
- Advanced Excel; good English and Arabic
- A strong plus — Odoo ERP experience (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing)
