A journey through flavour
Our story began in 2003 with za'atar — the product that shaped our identity and became the byword for authentic taste at Al-Agha. We choose its ingredients with care and blend them with experience, then carry that same care to dukkah, cocoa, coffee, spices, pulses and the rest of the table's finest.

Authentic local za'atar to an inherited recipe: toasted sesame and sumac the palate never mistakes.
